These relate to metrics like total closed loans, most loan submits, submit-to-close ratios, turn times, submits (from referrals), number of 5-star reviews, and live borrower phone calls taken.
Together, they ideally form the “complete package” for a phenomenal loan officer – one that stays active in pursuing loans, while offering outstanding customer service.
